Cougar security is operated by partnership. Both Robert and David are experienced in business management and the security industry. Cougar Security Organisation is insured by Camberford Law plc of £10 million employers liability and £5 million public liability. 

Supervisors and Team Leaders of cougar security have a police or military background. 

Robert Martin Pope

 Robert having experience in Business Management, Doorsupervision and undercover operations planned out Cougar Security Organisation. Robert Along with business partner David are already planning Cougar Security Organisation's international guarding expansion with a target to make it a worldwide leader in the security industry.

David Carlton Joseph

(Operations Manager)

David has worked at all the major festivals in the United Kingdom and also with a host of major bands and artists including Tina Turner, Rolling Stones, Oasis, Bon Jovi and many more. He is also experienced in retail having worked with different Store Group Security. And recently he gained valuable experience on The Harry Potter film set where he saw the completion of the third film (Goblet of fire) at leavesdon studio's. He has also worked on the Big Brother set for the duration of celebrity Big Brother. David has most experience in managing large numbers of staff for top festivals such as Glastonbury and V-festival.
